Prime Edge Asbuilt Services assists Construction and Facility Management industry professionals in three separate areas.

Prime Edge prepares accurate as-built drawings at the beginning of a remodeling or TI project. As-built data in electronic CAD format significantly improves the process of estimating, pre-planning and construction for all parties involved in the process.

Prime Edge works with GC's and subcontractors during the closeout phase to create final as-built documentation for the project. Prime Edge either works with construction set of drawings and construction redlines to document deviations and additions to original drawings. Prime Edge is experienced in working with complete construction sets of plans, which assures that all our clients receive a set of accurate as-builts conforming to AIA guidelines and generally accepted principles.

Prime Edge provides Facility Managers with as-builts conforming to BOMA/ANSI Z65.1 Standard, a standard and a method for measuring floor area in office buildings. BOMA documentation is used to organize and to manage current rented space in compliance with BOMA guidelines.
